Tickbook terms

Details coming soon

By installing Tickbook you agree to these terms and Shopify's Partner terms.

  1. Service: Tickbook records customer charge accounts from your Shopify orders and payments. You decide who gets an account, their limit, and whether to extend credit; we don't lend, hold money or collect debts.
  2. Your responsibilities: keep your customers' details accurate, follow the law on consumer credit, data protection and marketing (including consent for texts), and check statements before relying on them.
  3. Fees: billed by Shopify at the plan price shown when you install; 30-day free trial per shop. Cancel any time by uninstalling.
  4. Availability: we aim for the service to be available at all times but don't guarantee it. The till keeps working offline within the limits set in Settings.
  5. Liability: to the extent the law allows, our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period, and we're not liable for indirect loss or lost profit.
  6. Changes: we'll give 30 days' notice of material changes by email or in the app.
  7. Data processing: for your customers' personal data you are the controller and we are your processor. We process it only to provide Tickbook and on your instructions (these terms and your settings); keep it confidential and secure; use only the sub-processors named in our privacy policy (and tell you before adding one); help you answer customers' requests; tell you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach; and delete it when you uninstall (after 48 hours), except where the law requires us to keep it.
  8. Law: England and Wales. Contact: support@tickbook.uk
